Memorial Day: Last Monday of May

In the American War Cimitery, at the presence of the military and civilian authority, there is a great emotional cerimony to render military honours to the american soldiers dead in the Second World War.

In 1989 there was at the Memorial Day the President of the United States of America GEORGE BUSH, in 1994 BILL CLINTON and the President of the Italian Republic OSCAR LUIGI SCALFARO.
